    This is going to be a unique experience for dbacks this year. It seemed like yesterday he just left Sawmills cheering on the Spartans (getting slapped on the back, the fans telling him how much they like him) and now he has got to go back up there as the opponent. The fans are going to bring a bunch of Grandma Bumgarner's Chicken wings and toss them at dbacks between innings. But he won't mind; as long as they throw a porkchop sammich in between the bones being tossed.

    Moose- dbacks will be easy to spot. Instead of a number on his uniform, he has has a bullseye to give the fans an easier target. I fully expect that the Caldwell faithful will embrace dbacks with their special Caldwell welcoming committee

    Great game all around. The Atmosphere was amazing, and the players were at their best. This looks to be a great series, but what else would you expect between these two teams.

    I was told Blaine Howell (BYU) threw 161 pitches for Asheville. I sure hope this is not true.

    Shelby vs. Cherryville Game 2

    We have a great series going here with Shelby taking tonights game 8 to 2. Shelby pounded out 16 hits against 5 different pitchers while Jordan Robinson (5 1/3 innings) and Adam Izokovic (3 2/3 innings) held Post 100 to just 2 runs on 6 hits. The rivalry is heating up as fans from both sides are starting to talk back and forth and both coaches have had there share of arguing calls. Game 3 is at Cherryville tomorrow night at 7 o'clock.
