    Doug passed away yesterday around 4:30. Funeral plans are incomplete at this time. Please continue to pray for his family. Thanks.

    Known Doug a long time, prayers for family. Doug was a unique individual and a giving person.

    I'll get it for you but it will be tonight after I get home. I'll PM it to you. I was there last night talking with everyone and it was mentioned that they may have in lieu of flowers to send contributions to HG Rec or School softball, but all this info should be in the paper tomorrow with the obitruary.

    I'd really like to give something to his girls, they're gonna need some support. I know if I go before my girls are on their feet good they would need it...
    I didn't know doug, but it sounds like he was a good dad!! Breaks my heart....

    Our prayers and thoughts are with the family! Was a nice guy, very involved father, had great DDs, Amanda was a great player and a nice girl! He always rode nice bikes! I'm sure the bike he'll ride in Heaven will be beautiful as well! Always seek comfort in the Lord!

    the arrangements are as followed
    Doug Carriker, a church member since 2000 at hickory grove baptist , died yesterday afternoon from the results of a motorcycle accident . Visitation will be Thursday, July 26, 12 - 2:00 pm in the Worship Center. Funeral services will follow at 2:00. They will have a private graveside service for the family. He is survived by his wife Gina and his children, Amanda, Pamela, Tyler & Carmen. His brother Randy and his wife Wendy, are also a members. They may be reached at:
