Morgan finally looking a little better after battling mono all summer and Ashley is just spending time getting ready for senior year and college plans. Charlotte Cobras 18u Tryouts

The Charlotte Cobras are seeking talented players due to losing 3 players leaving to play college softball. We have 6 tournaments remaining on our 2007 schedule, 5 of which are showcase tournaments.

We practice in Southeast Charlotte close to 485. Head Coach has 10+ years of college coaching experience at the D1 and D2 level.

We are seeking committed players looking to work hard towards college softball opportunities.

Outlaws 10U Tryouts - August 4 (1997 & 1998 Birth Years)
Open tryouts for our 10U team will be held on August 4, 2007 in Weddington at our WCWAA softball fields from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Pitchers and catchers may be needed after 3:00pm. The Outlaw’s organization welcomes committed players with 1997 and 1998 birth years for this team. We have a quality organization, good facilities, and strong coaches that provide an excellent environment for players to develop. Outlaws 12U Tryouts - August 4 (1996 Birth Years)
Open tryouts for our younger 12U team (1996 Bday) will be held on August 4, 2007 in Weddington at our WCWAA softball fields from 9:00am to 11:00am. Pitchers and catchers will be needed after 11:00am. The Outlaw’s organization welcomes committed players. We have a quality organization, good facilities, and strong coaches that provide an excellent environment for players to develop. Flames 14u holding tryouts

The Flames 14u based out of Rowan county will be holding tryouts in the upcoming weeks for hard working, dedicated ball players looking to play at the next level. We have a great group of girls from Rowan, Alexander, and Catawba counties. ALL positions will be looked at, but have an immediate need for another pitcher. Contact me if interested in a tryout. Carolina Riptide 12U

Carolina Riptide will be starting a new 12U team in the Cabarrus County/UNCC area. We will primarily be second year 12s. First tryout will be July 29th at 2:00 at Robinson High School. Any questions call 704-490-1930.

 

Flames 14u tryout date set

The Flames 14u will be holding their first tryout next Saturday Aug. 4th from 2-4pm at the West Rowan sports complex near Salisbury. We are looking for another solid pitcher and ALL other positions will be looked at. Contact me for any additional information or directions to the field. Charlotte Blaze tryouts all ages - World Series update

The Charlotte Blaze organization is pleased to announce their tryout schedule for players interested in joining one of our teams. The Charlotte Blaze continues to build a strong, highly competitive organization that strives to provide training, practice and instructions to maximize your daughter’s softball ability while teaching her team and individual values that are important for her overall growth as a person.

We are very pleased with the perfomance of our teams at the recent NSA World Series in Charlotte. Our 12U team finished in fourth place, our 10U team finished in fifth and our 8U team finished in third place.....great performance ladies!!

Our plans for this fall and the 2008 season includes one 8U and two 10U, 12U & 14U teams. Our 16U & 18U teams will remain together this fall and will recruit players in the spring of ’08. The 10U, 12U & 14U will generally consist of first year and second year teams.

All tryouts will be held at our practice fields at South Charlotte Middle School located at Pineville-Matthews Road (51) and Strawberry Lane. If you can, attend the first tryout as the coach may wish you to come back for an additional tryout. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow your daughter to warm up and for you to complete our paperwork.

We are a 18-U travel softball team that has lost four players going off to college and three have received some type of scholorship money because of their hard work and ability to play the game.
