SC is a baseball school ;)

Wilkes Central is a far superior opponent that Foard, while SC played solid, the opponent wasnt very solid. Wilkes is much improved from years past and very well coached.

Asheville @ AC Reynolds- Reynolds- (Asheville doesn't have the defense to stop reynolds)
    Shelby @ Freedom- Freedom
    Mitchell @ McDowell- Mitchell
St. Stephens @ Alex. Central- AC (I watched them practice today, they're at home this week. They're pumped)
Fred T Foard @ East Burke- East Burke
    South Caldwell @ Hibriten- South

South Caldwell is going to good against hibriten...they have a superior defense and has some speed like hibriten too. South Caldwell is very well coached too but i think it will be a good game but SC can also be a football school too. SC can contend with anyone if they just put there mind to it.. ACR is looking pretty tough this year and so is watagua

I'm not sure if it's true but i've heard that Hibriten has some transfer kids can anyone confirm that? AC better make some improvements if they want to contend for much this year. McDowell should recover after the heartbreaker last week, good luck! Freedom may hang early but i have a feeling that Shelby will pull away and win by a few tds by the end of it all. Watauga having a bye week should be able to straighten out thier problems before Avery. The best game this week is Asheville-ACR lots of new players on the field for two teams with tradition, rivalry game, should be good!

Asheville @ AC Reynolds- Reynolds: best team in the NW4A even with the loss of a key RB

Shelby @ Freedom- Shelby: on their way to another big year, Freedom doesn't have the offense

Mitchell @ McDowell- McDowell: Kincaid runs crazy in Marion in a close one

St. Stephens @ Alex. Central- Stephens: hold on Taylorsville, it's gonna be a bumpy ride this season

Fred T Foard @ East Burke- Foard: another tight game for EB but will be on the other side, Foard better than people think

South Caldwell @ Hibriten- South: big in-county game, Hibriten has its usual athletes, but South stronger, hungrier, and better coached
