WOW!!! Caldwell Spartans 15U AAA. Ranked #1 in the state and #1 in the nation! These boys will all go to South Caldwell HS. It is not a stacked team! Congratulations to players and coaches for a great job.

Different levels of play. Majors is the top level of quality, then AAA and so on.

All of the team are players that will go to South Caldwell HS. You cannot play spartan ball unless you are in the SC district. Tell me of another team that that does that. Most travel teams recruit from all over the state, that to me is called stacking a team. I feel it is pretty good for a community team to beat STACKED teams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:16:

all "travel teams" as was stated are not stacked. Most are locals that play together at one school and are sometimes mixed with players from other schools in the same area. The "community team" you are referring too is NOT ALL SC DISTRICT kids. There are at least one or maybe two transferring in from the other parts of the community to play at SC -- one for sure. Please check your facts and make sure you are stating fact and not fiction.
There are many talented travel teams out there and as before the season has just begun, a whole lot of baseball left.

Just remember it is early. Check the all tab. Many have not evened played yet. Many teams at differant levels are combined to fill a tourney. Let's see if they challenge themselves. Playing up if they can. Having a son that has played a lot of USSSA ball. Allowed runs are just as important as the earned runs. Runs allowed can tell if the defense is solid or has holes. Just as runs earned will show the strength of the bat. At this age not many teams are local. They travel. Are they playing the same venue or going places. Local is just that. Travel is about the challenge of going out of your comfort zone.

    How do you............

stack a travel team? Kind of the point isn't it? Lot's of teams choose to have players from their own community, but you can't complain about the teams that don't if you play them............
