I have seen a lot about the players that are the heros. Superstars, studs, or whatever you want to call them. Now. Who are the everyday guys that play the game? High school, showcase, legion or sandlot. These are the guys that get it done. :35:

    Players......

In my humble opinion, there would be very few guys if any, that play the game harder than Tyler Hanover. It is a pleasure as a fan to watch him play baseball, forget that he is a "stud" because he plays every pitch of every game like it is the last time they are going to let him on the field.

    North Meck standout: Aaron Plummer
Aaron is a baseball playing machine. Aggresive, good speed, absolute monster hitter; hits for power and average. MIF with great glove and range. Aaron is an extremely hard worker that devotes all his spare to time to improving his game.
North Meck MVP as a sophomore, all-conference, State Games participant.
Member of the Heat baseball club out of Hickory. Does his job day-in and day-out. Someone at the next level is going to get very lucky to pick this kid up!

    Josh Robbins

Josh Robbins 08 OF South Granville HS. He has not missed an off season work out in his HS career. Off season work outs start in Aug and run through Jan. Work his butt off in practice everyday of the season. He got two varsity starts last year and 8 ab's. Pulls for his team mates the entire game. Pushes his team mates in practice. Never complains about anything. He is always working to get better and is always willing to do whatever he can to help his team get better and win. Shags foul balls during games and warms up the left fielder when he is not playing. Will get his shot this year to be an everyday player. He makes our program special. As long as we have kids like Josh I will continue to coach. To say the least I am pulling for him to have a tremendous senior season. Kids like him are my hero and they are a stud in my book all day long.
