    The 14u team forming in Alexander County is looking for a pitcher who is dedicated to working hard. You would join a solid group of experienced girls. Interested in a try out call Coach Monte Sherrill at 828 446 6006.

    The whole team did well.....

    We had a couple volunteers. The girl who got the win in the championship game is 12u player. If you know someone, please call....

    My daughter played for the peaches I left sunday morning. The girl we faced I think had red hair. Was just curious. thanks

    Red Head Girl

    The girl that was pitching for the Alexander Cougars was Morgan Hopper. She was pitching that weekend as favor to Coach Sherrill. Morgan is playing 18's right now but still eligible to play 14's for another year.

    She had roughly 55 k's on the weekend and only gave up 2 earned runs as the Alexander team won the tournament. She did not however pitch in either championship game.

    Heard from someone today that Morgan is playing for the Carolina Legacy Gold team now. Is this true?

    After a successful summer with the 16U Lady Blues, Morgan has moved to play for the Carolina Legacy Gold.

    Good for Morgan, I wish her all the best. She's a good pitcher now and will get even better.

    ...now Ghost is a Old member? How about the new undertitle named "Legacy". Come on folks, what legacy?.....sorry TBR, I couldn't help myself on the name LEGACY, well, in tennis terms, lobbed over the net, for me, and lots of others. to bring it hard with a forehand shot to the backcourt for a score.
