PG/WWBA World Series in Jupiter

Between the colleges and pro guys there maybe over 500 scouts at one time. I remember the Dodgers brought all 28 scouts on their staff.

The environment is what makes it special. ALL fields are located in one area. You won't be visiting schools across the town. The scouts are riding their golf carts from field to field. If you want to see where the big names are...just watch the carts. The festivities are awesome...the teams are amazing and you can watch many of the most talented HS players under one roof. This is the one place that every player will have an opportunity to see how they measure up against their peers across america.

I remember in 2003, every upperclass kid that participated in this event (I believe there were 44 teams then) all received athletic scholarships. This is where you will see the next Prince Fielder, Delmon Young, Andrew Miller, Justin Upton, Cameron Maybin and Matt Bush.

I know this for a fact. Jupiter is the one place that a kid with no reputation can have an outstanding tournament and leave with many scouts on their speed dial. It is the grand daddy of showcases and THE place to play and watch baseball in a "field of dreams" environment.

As you walk through teh main gates into the complex and on your left and right are so many golf carts. You see the Braves have 5 golf carts and the Yanks have like 4, you cant do anything but smile. Best experience of my life.

I'll be going to Jupiter and can't wait. Never been before, but excited about all the good things I've heard.
