GF and TR, do you think that Russell is the only 6'0 170lb QB in the state/nation thats putting up these numbers? Players his size, at his position are a dime a dozen.

hey guys, lets keep the repsonses to each other civil. there are forums on this board for those who enjoy a little trash talking but this preps forum aint one of them. talk all the football you want but dont get all pissed off if somebody doesnt share your exact views. no trashing players or coaches either (i threw that one in for free).

    welcome to TBR Preps, VI

    To whom it may concern:

The point is that I try to be a true fan of the game..... I love seeing kids succeed in and out of the classroom. There is nothing like seeing a kid hit the winning homerun, throwing the last second td pass, or hitting the game winning bucket to ice the game. It is what we call competition and this is exactly what this borad is about; Only by using intense opinions about players, coaches, teams, and different topics via of writing skills. I have learned through playing, coaching, and evaluating players and teams that you can not strive off the negative b/c the world we live in is filled with it mostly (negativity!) and that is a phenmenal fact that is sad, but true. (For example, if a team goes 40 - 1 no one cares about the 40 wins they want to know who gave that team that only loss after seeing clearly that 40 is a way greater # than 1; even though an impressive record and season! People being - ) Also, I have learned and sometimes forgotten like I have in writing on this board in the past couple days that you can not strive off the negative and let it take you out of your element. You have to make a mental switch right then and be determined to make that negative into a POSTITIVE OUTCOME so you can stay focused on what you are trying to accomplish (in any aspect of life)! So YOUNGSTERS always remember to stay POSTITIVE and not to listen to the "na sayers" when trying to accomplish your dreams! Keep your heads up, eyes open, and have a POSTITIVE ATTITUDE and it will take you a long way!

Like I said early I feel I have not displayed these features on this board that I have wrote about above knowing that kids from all ages are looking at what I have to say day in/out so I APOLOGIZE for not doing so and will remember that staying POSTITIVE W/ GOOD ATTITUDES, and turning negatives into POSTITIVES is the best way to get the best results.

Thomas Graduated in 75, is that right Wiseone? Butch Clark in 83. I believe Butch was the most dominate player I've ever saw play at A.C.H.S. Stan was also a very good QB, operated out of a completely system than Josh. Brandon Kinnard was also a very good QB.
I agree A.J. Blue (North Gaston) is a great QB.
