As I sit here tonight and read some of the posts that are here tonight, I began to think about the Thanksgiving season and what I am truly thankful for. We are so fortunate to live in a safe nation and have all we have.

Honestly my day has not been the best today. That is until I read Braves thread on Wil Dicus. I had the opportunity to watch him at Watauga this summer at a Copperhead Tournament. Yes, he is a special young man and the evident love people have for him is unbelievable.

So, you ask what am I thankful for... Let's see!!
    1. Christ who died for my sins... (I sin every day)
    2. Awesome wife and daughter
    3. Good friends and co workers
    4. My health
5 Awesome young men to coach

I cant name all my blessings, I am so blessed.... I am blessed to have servicemen and women laying it on the line for my rights and freedoms

Think about what you have (1/2 full glass) adn realize that there are many worse off than I am.

I sincerely pray for ah safe and happy Thanksgiving to all on TBR!!

Man thats a great post Coach. I agree with you coach on every one of those aspects but you left off something else. Braves good ole fishing stories. I am thankful to read them and just laugh at the stuff he comes up with.

    Sorry Braves, I couldn't resist.

I talked to TJ today and we are getting together over Christmas break and hanging out. I think we should all get together and try to do something at least.

A Happy Thanksgiving to you and the Braves family and tell everyone we said "Hey."

I too would like to wish everyone here at TBR a Happy Thanksgiving. And I think Coach Evans is correct. Remember to put God and Jesus Christ first and your family second and then every thing else will take care of itself.

God bless to everyone as this wonderful Holiday season starts.
