    The Lady Titans probably played the best 4A team in the state this afternoon. Wakefield with their aggressive man-to-man defense put a clamp on the Lady Titans offense. Then when Wakefield was on offense they did an excellent job moving the ball around setitng up the posts to get easy scores. I just hope the girls use today's battle to make theirselves better as the season wears on. McDowell will play Athens Drive tomorrow. They (Athens Drive) are also athletic. It will take a good overall effort to leave Raleigh with a win.

    ACHS lost to Bandys 61-50

    The Cougars played hard but what cost them the game was their inability to rebound as they got killed on the boards.

    i appreciate you giving me the alex. c score. fhs lost to butler 41-37. does anyone know how east burke did against east meck last night?

    Watauga wins tournament for the first time in several years, but we all know that Starmount is not the same caliber team as TC Roberson (the past winners of this tournament)

    After I saw this team dismantle Roberson by 22 at McDowell, no way would I have thought they would wind up losing these 3 in a row. I still can't believe they scored 38 points against Wakefield. They have players that can score. Oh well, West Charlotte will probably take the West anyway, and it looks like the East will be tough. Any NW4A teams out there ready to take them down another notch?

    EB lost 50-35, it was a good defensive game for EB.
    Unfortunate for the Cavs you also have to score to win.
