    Softball,

You say you guys could have stayed at home and played against lesser competiton, however, did you guys not do that in some of your pwerhouse non-conference games against CANNON, PATTON, CREST, OWEN, ASHEVILLE! The only games you guys have played against real competition, you have lost! You are not as good as you think and I believe your confernece season will prove just that! 6-6 overall with no wins against decent tems????

name one decent team besides newton-conover east burke has beaten.Lets see east burke has beaten 0-10 patton 3 times,newton-conover once and charlotte latin once. The cavaliers really played some talent when three of there wins were agianst a winless team that freedom beat by 70 points.I would like to see how east burke would have done agianst TC Roberson and teams in the dell curry.

    Awesome Tourney

This was a great tournament with very talented teams. Freedom SB is correct, in that the tournament definitely had a state playoff atmosphere.

The tournament organizers did an excellent job. The gifts were nice and the food was good. The competition, however, was very tough.

Freeom played some tough competition - West Charlotte is very good. Extremely athletic and disciplined this year. Butler was a close, well played defensive battle that could have gone either way. Providence Day has 3 legit college stars in the low post and is a very strong team also - they were in the losers bracket only because of their tough draw.

Three games in three days is very tough on the girls and favors the teams with depth. I think the deeper teams won the games on Day 3.
