either way he is one of the best in the state, and on any given day wit his hammer can beat anyone in the state. Id look for less than 3 runs come March 7th

Probablly not a rumor I actually saw him hit low 90s a couple times last year. mostly his fastball was 88-90 last year. Thing is he rarely throws a fastball

    Does it really matter?

Headed to UNC. Ranked near the top of his class in the nation by every publication out there. Was undefeated last year and won a State Championship. Competes like a bull dog on the mound. Works his butt off at the game and take 0 bs from anyone on the baseball field. Now , does it matter? Ive seen him up to 93 at Cincy at the PG Nationals where he dominated some of the best 08 hitters in the nation. He is a guy that pitches in the 88-89 range with a nasty hammer. And yes he can pump it up into the 90's. But the thing that makes this guy so good is he can pitch. And he fears no one or no situation.

Anyone that wants a piece of Mr Messer can just go get some. You wont be asking for seconds I can assure you of that. He is only the best pitcher in the state of NC.

Our guys are looking forward to it. I'll pass this on to my son. Can't wait until March 7th. fearless pitcher v. fearless hitters.

Would you want it any other way?

I dont think you have to pass that on to anyone. I think they already know. Good luck to both teams.
