Prayers needed for Kyle Pfeifer

    Kyle Pfeifer is a player for the Blue Ridge CC baseball team. He is from Canada and while he was at home for the holidays he had an accident. From what I gather he fell down an ice covered staircase. He busted his head pretty bad and has had brain surgery. I think he is in a coma at this time and could have some permanent brain damage. This happened on Christmas Day and his family needs your prayers.

    Wow...what a terrible tragedy. Of course, I will send prayers to Kyle and his family. Thank you niknat for bringing this to our attention. Please keep us posted with any updates.

    Kyle is now out of ICU and off of the respirator breathing on his own and walking some. He is scheduled for more surgery this wednesday 1/30/2008. Keep him in your prayers.

    CONGRATS! I'm sure he has a long way to go, but that is a big step.
