    Is this normal

This is the first year my son has been driving to school so I haven't been to any workouts. Earlier in the week when the temperature was close to 70, I of course, was working late at school. (middle school)
I had the windows open enjoying the silence and fresh air. Most of the children were gone home, I had ASD.
Then out of nowhere came the sound!! It literally sent chills through me. Can you guess what that sound was? The crack (or ping actually) of the bat. :1luvu:
    Is this normal??
Tryouts have not started but a few boys were out there getting themselves ready. They hit for about 30 minutes and each ping was like music to my ears. I may have to drop by practice at least one day next week just to get my fix now that I've had my first hit. LOL

Is this normal? Why spartanfan, if you didn't have that reaction I would start questioning your passion for baseball!!!!!:FOFRBanana0518HL:

70 degrees...the grass is turning green, the gloves are poppin' and the bats are pingin'....not much better than that.

had somebody cover my 3rd period class and headed down to belmont-abbey to watch the crusaders and the wingate bulldogs go at it yesterday.

great weather...good game...and yes, that PING. the only thing missing was the hotdog. can't wait until next week when we get to do it ourselves.

Then on 2/21, AC Reynolds travels to East Rutherford.

I guess the Cavaliers didn't want to go over the mountain this year for their scrimmages.

    Yes it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And you thought you were the only one!

During the winter months I will watch baseball movies (Bull Durham, The Natural, etc) just to stay fresh.
