Do you think Monte will improve on the 28 and 2 record from last year with a soph pitcher ????????????????????????????????????

I dont expect AC will lose a game in Conference.

 

I think most of you miss the point about Sherrill being back at AC. It is not what happens right out of the gate (even though this talented team should be able to hold its own) it is about creating a program that is consistently good year in and year out. Until coaches can create that atmosphere in there area you will always be trying to beat AC or other programs that are consistent. Can they be beat? Anybody can but, how much energy will you exhaust trying to beat one team or use your energy to create the consistency that has teams gunning for you???

 

Not gonna knock our previous coach at all but with the talent he was handed from travelball we couldn't help but win. There are more to make a good program than one good season. What ACFAN said. Sherrill will get the program back to where it was before he left. A good coach has a team consistantly toward the top if not on top. That is what Monte brings to a program. If anyone understands this it should be you. Look how good a program you guys at SC had for several years. Top 3 in conference every year, and one of the few teams that ever beat us or finished ahead of us in this conference. Then your coaches who built the program left and look what happened????????????????????????

I always like to try to predict the outcome in all our sports so heres my stab. In my defence I'm going off what I have heard others talking about around the conference. I haven't seen any of the teams.
1. Alexander - I think I'm good here
2. Freedom - Heard they were pretty good
3. Mcdowell - A friend who lives up there called this one
4. Reynolds - They are usually pretty good
5. Watagua - Guy from Boone said they would win some games
6. SC - I know we didn't have as many try out as usual that's never a good sign??
7. EB - We can usually beat them

Side note. I'm pulling for SC though hence the name. Prove my predictions wrong girls.
