Just wondering what some of ya'll's favorite "Baseball Songs" were. I was just listening to "Cheap Seats" by Alabama.

Also, what are some of the best "entrance" songs for pitchers and hitters?

Here are some of my favorites:
    Cheap Seats
    Centerfield
Talkin' Baseball (Willie, Mickey, and the Duke)

Or maybe just a song that just "Feels Right" in a baseball park.

As far as pitchers go, since they get a bit of time to warm up, anything with a good long driving intro is good. Thunderstruck or Hells Bells or Train Train are good, but the best for me is Enter Sandman.

As far as hitters go, Watauga High School last year had a different song for everyone comming to the plate. Some were awesome songs I had never heard before. My personal favs that I have heard there are like 90s songs from White Zombie and some of Eminem's earlier stuff.

Maybe its the area, but I don't think rap songs motivate batters well or pitchers for that matter. Something metal that gives that little bit of rage, that does the trick. :)

Just about any good rock song with a good intro seems to go well with baseball. Likewise, a lot of CCR and John Fogerty songs work too. Maybe because Fogerty's "Centerfield" is such a baseball classic.....

    rock n roll...........:guitar:
    warm weather.........:sunny:
    hot dogs.........:apopcorn:
the crack of the bat.......(oops, I mean the thunk of aluminum).....

    I'm ready!!!!!

Without question Rob Zombie has the best intro music because it pumps people up. Another personal favorite would be "Kashmir" by Led Zepplin. Only negative aspect for hitters is that they have at the most 10 seconds for their song. I just never have figured out how atleast one person on every team has the song "Clint Eastwood" by Gorillaz because it just isn't a very good song.
