    Grab the best Middle school coach that feeds into the program. They will already know quite a few kids and coached against the other schools that feed into the program. This way the transistion is easier.

    He is a good coach and a man who`s character is of the highest quality. He knows all the teams in the area and he probably has taken South Caldwell about as far as he can. Im just throwing out a name im sure there are many good canditates.

    Who is the EB middle coach? They are normally pretty good.

    He played at EB and has coached there for several years plus he is from valdese. I heard he has the job if he wants it.

    This is a fact....

    They need to insure they select an administrative staff, like in all high schools, that have a freakin clue about athletics/sports if and in fact THEY want to have an athletic tradition!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hallo::hallo:
