    Gman13'sdad is right. The reason for the talk is they know if they take this moment to stir things up it will stink. Just work to keep the kids focused and let them find there new groove. :two-cents:

    I don't play. I wasn't good enough for varsity baseball in high school, much less Division I baseball. I'm just a fan and was talking to other people, and wanted to see what others said. I know what I thought from working with my high school team the past few years when I could and being around baseball my whole life (albeit I'm only 21), but wanted to see what people who know more and have been around it more than me though.

    Usually has a big effect. Could be for the good or bad. Seems to have much more of an effect on girls than boys.
