Thank you for all the compliments. I have enjoyed the start of the new season. I look forward to competing against the many great pitchers and teams in this upcoming year.

    Good Luck to everyone,

Janna Lewis (FR) Hopewell HS is a young lady to keep your eye on this season. Janna is not a pitcher, but she is a great ball player. She is a great catcher and swings a big bat. I've watch Janna play for several years, and she improves everytime I see her, and she is only a freshman. So heads up!!! Janna is one of the players you will want to watch for years to come.

Comet you took the words right out of my mouth. Janna has played with our summer team for a couple of seasons now. and she is a pleasure to work with and be around. If you know her parents you know that she comes by that naturally. Both Mom and Dad are among the nicest most helpfull softball parents I have ever met, and I have met many. We were very fourtunate to have them decide to play with us. :229031_ha :229031_ha

Lexi Betancourt, is a freshman at West Johnston HS. She throws high 50s to 60, alot of pitches in her bag. She pitches in TB for the 16U Fuquay Bombs team.

    Long ago

Gee Whiz JF, I would have never thought y'all kept these posts around for that long. How long has TBR been around? Kinda reminds me of the Rip Van Winkle story. But anyway Peeler is the only name I recognise. Tumbleweeds

Well since this site has resurfaced .... allow me to mention my favorite freshman pitcher this year.

Taylor Mahaffey - South Point Raiders (Varsity)

Very talented pitcher with a great attitude.

Love my Taylor Mahaffey.......can't wait for travel ball season with her!! Hard worker and will do anything you ask of her. I've watched Tay grow since 7th grade, not only as a pitcher but soon to be a six foot giant.
