CPC Championship Decided Tonight!

    North Davidson welcomes West Forsyth tonight to Welcome to determine the CPC Champion. Both teams enter tonight with a 7-2 conference record.

    West won the first meeting of the year in Clemmons by a score of 2-1.

    West is only about 10-15 miles or so from ND, and it's Senior Night at North...so it should be a great crowd!

    Senior Night ceremony should start about 6:45 and the game at 7:00.

    You all know my favorite...now tell me yours!!!

    Postponed!

    Tonight's game has been postponed due to wet field conditions. It will be played tomorrow, Wednesday, at 7:00. The JV's will play at 4:30 and there will be a Senior Night ceremony just before the Varsity game.

    Braves...my brother went to the game and North Davidson won 3-1 i believe. Zach White was the winning pitcher and Alex Robertson was the losing pitcher. Chris Sanders for West hit a homerun.

    Thanks Eagle. I knew this had to be a very intense game with a lot of emotions. I kept looking for updates last night

    North Davidson Wins CPC!

    Sorry guys!

    I didn't get in until late last night and when I logged on...TBR was down for the software upgrade.

    Here's what I had typed up to enter...

    WF 001 000 0.......1 3 2
    ND 012 000 x.......3 5 2

    WP Zach White
    LP Alex Robertson

    Leading Hitters:

    WF - Chris Sanders 1 for 2, HR
    ND - Tyler Hanover 1 for 2, 2B; Ben Redmond 1 for 2

    Records:
    WF - 16-7 Overall and 7-3 CPC
    ND - 18-3 Overall and 8-2 CPC

    Notes:
    Zach White stuck out 9 and gave up three hits...one of which was a homerun by Chris Sanders in the 3rd.

    North Davidson and West Forsyth have both earned byes in the first round of the CPC Tournament...the semi's and championship games will be at West Forsyth on Friday and Monday. North Davidson will play the winner of the 4th and 5th seeded game and West Forsyth will play the winner of the 3rd and 6th seeded game.

    It was also Senior Night at North...and a huge turnout of the Black Knight fans were on hand for the game!

    It was a great game for both teams...and it is certain that the two best teams in the CPC were battling for the win. West also had a great turnout...making the short trip from Clemmons.
