    St. Stephens 12 Newton 9

    WP - Cody Hines (4-0)
    LP - DJ Bass

Saint blew a 7-0 lead and Newton was inspired on their Senior Night. The Devils tied it up in the 6th before Saint won it with 3 in the 7th.

Havent totalled the book yet so i've got no stats for ya.

SEO here is our playoff scenario...

if Saint and Foard don't meet on Friday in the tourney we will have to have a playoff game on monday night. that's what we've been told by the state this morning. of course if Hickory were to win the tourney that could throw a whole other wrench into the deal. who knows what would happen then. we'll see!

Yep, lots of battles :FightenSmilie:left to decide state playoff berths. Wonder when people will figure out a saturday finals game has conflicts with the SAT. Schedule we got at start of season showed 1st round thursday may 1st, 2nd round friday may 2, and finals monday may 5th, when did it change? oh well Good Luck, hope there are no "tornado warnings" for saturday if you know what i mean.

yeah that is pretty crazy. i assume you guys have conflicts as well, huh? evidently the change was made in february. we didn't know it until i looked at the paper yesterday morning. that schedule is the same as we all had. i will be keeping my eyes open for the severe weather bulletins the next couple of days. good luck to the tigers too!

Best game of Wed. Night? Maybe?

South Granville 1, Eastern Alamance 0
    Deroach(SG)-no hitter
    Eastern Alamance Pitcher- 2 hitter

Winning run scores on WP in the 6th,
Eastern Alamance kid pitched a whale of a game. A wicked knucklebad he had.
