    Why not follow the new trend... can anyone give me information on Apex's baseball team.

    They are a solid team, especially Corey Thompson, who plays 3rd base. I think he is going to ECU next fall. He is a excellent hitter. don't make the mistake of hanging a curveball.... he will put it in the next county. I have seen do it on 4 different occasions.

    Thompson is batting over .550 with around 12 HR. Walk him everytime. Do not give him anything to hit. Apex is a good team who could make a run deep into the playoffs. Don't let Thompson beat you by himself.

    Thye have also had great coaching last couple years with Coach Phillips and now Valder. Both are old school and play the game the way it is supposed to be played. Hard and fundamentals.
    Unlike Athens who has had plenty of talent and a lack of coaching the last several years.
    Apex is solid club.
