    Bunker Hill 7

    Huge come from behind win for NC. Great game from everyone, sad to see either team lose(or win for that matter with gas prices we travel to Western Athletic #1 Tuesday). We had more fans for this away game than we normally see for either home team.

    Quick facts- * 1st team from NC to make the playoffs since 1996
    * This broke BH's streak of 4 straight playoff runs.
    * Both pitchers gave it all they had, but costly errors proved to be the difference in this one. Last play came down to runners on 2nd and 3rd with two outs. A first year player(freshman) at the bottom of the line up hits a hard shot to the fence and both runs score while the trhow is on the money. BH's catcher caught the ball but didn't tag the runner.

    Heck of a game for two cross town rivals!

    Carochicks, your DD was awesome tonight with huge hits and great defence!

    I missed that one completely! Great job by both teams to advance. I feel sorry for whoever faces Foard and Saint in the playoffs.

    I think it was 3-2 Bandys winning. I know Bandys won for sure.

    Yes they announced All Conference Players and most of them were at the game. Except those that were practicing for next week.

    I will list the ones I know. Forgive me because it was really rushed and they went through it pretty fast. Bandys players were still taking team pictures!! Someone must have forgotten to set their Tivo to record Survivor!!

    I'm not sure about the other teams but Fred T Foard All Conference players were Mariah Chalk, Savannah Burns, Shania Johnson, Candy McDanel, Hannah Reitzel, and Meredith Lutz.
