My son is looking for a good throwing program. He's a sophmore in college and catches so if anyone as one that specific I would be most appreciative if you would share it. And if you have a generic throwing program and appreciate seeing that also.

    Thanks in advance.

Does his college not give them a summer workout program? I would think that all colleges do this in order to make sure their players get stronger and faster. He coudl have a workout program and you want a throwing program from someone else to help him out. If his college didnt give him a workout program then thats new to me.

My two cents....Longtoss and throwing with a purpose instead of throwing it as high as you can to make sure it gets there. Throw on a line without getting much air underneath to really build up arm strength. If he has to bounce the ball hten so be it, but throwing with a purpose will help a lot.

John Hendricks up at LR has a very good program ad has a history of knowing how to take care of the arm. I went to a seminar he had and he has a lot of good info that he will probably share.
