High School Coaches

    I'm looking to move to NC this summer and find a teaching / coaching job at a high school. Does anybody know of any openings other than the ones on NCHSAA.org?

    I teach high school social studies and have a masters in secondary school counseling, can drive a bus, CPR and First Aid are up to date and I can sweep floors if need be.

    I have 15 years at the varsity level - past 9 as head coach - in Kentucky.

    Any help be appreciated and if interested or know something you can contact me at [email protected]

    Northwood High School in Pittsboro

    I have a friend that was the jayvee coach at Northwood High in Pittsboro that is moving to Florida. He had a good young team this year. Contact the school to see if it has been filled.

    Thanks for all the info and well wishes. I really appreciate it. I am definately going to start looking into all the ones you posted.

    This site is pretty cool.

    Someone asked where I want to be but really I don't care. My sister lives outside of Hickory so near there would be great but really it's to help my mom out. She is by herself where I grew up and if I end up in NC she will move down as well. Right now she is 6 hours away from me and 5 hours from my sister. She said she won't leave as long as she is in the middle of us.

    Anything else comes up please let me know.
