Haynes, is attending Gardner Webb..... he red-shirted this past season therefore he has all 4 years of eligiblity left. The guy has stepped up and became a leader on this years Legion team. Great guy, gives a great effort night after night.

Henderson is attending Lenior -Rhyne. Not sure how much he played this past year.(??).... He is playing in Gastonia with the Grizzles this summer. He has been to a few Legion games and appears to be bigger, and stronger than he was in 2007.

Post 100 has started 2008 with a string of Wins and appears to be settling into a Lineup and Rotation as the first Round is fixing to be over. There isn't a "HENDO" on this years Roster but the Maturity of several other players is evident and may carry this team deep into the playoffs.

This team hits the ball, maybe even better than last years, if they continue to put the runs on the scoreboard, the pitching might be good enough to make most games interesting.

YES, to both questions...... If you get a chance to play D-1...your pretty good. The guy has Matured a lot and has picked his game up a couple notches.

G-Webb's getting a good solid player, who has contributed alot to both to his high school and Legion Team.

Hang up one for the Good Guys. Cherryville was able to solve the lefty last night. The entire lineup had atleast one hit for Post 100. Jake Watts limited the Caldwell bats to 5 or 6 hits through out the game. Cherryville hit two homeruns last night. Caldwell catcher Zach Merican (I hope that is spelled correctly) left the catching duties and moved to right field with some type of arm injury. Later in the evening he dove for a ball in right and seemed to reinjure himself. Any news on this?

Once again GOOD triumphs over evil.
