With all the current "lists" being created, I am throwing out my All Angels/Mariners team. These are only kids I have coached for more than a year.... No personalities or favoritism shown... Just the "give me these and we will whoop you and have" team... haha Some will disagree I am sure but don't hate.. it's my list and I really don't agree with honorable mentions so there are none. To me it's a kiss your sister award.. hahah Anyway, Here they are by position and batting order:

1.) Dairio Little, left field, can flat out fly! Always smiling and happy to be there. Happy mama who assisted in one of my surgeries.. knows all my business so he is first! Just kidding, absolutely great kid!
2.) Chaz Frank, lefty, center field, again, can FLY! hits for average and can go yard. He runs down fly balls and makes em look routine.
3.) Levi Michael, smooth Shortstop, can make the magazine cover plays and did in Iowa years ago. switch hitter, popular kid.
4.) Brad Wrege, 3rd base, great person and great player. Seldom heard about lately but he can mash!! Would love to see him get more attention.
5.) Zac Burkhart, 1st base, lefty, only guy I ever knew who could do a split.. Hit the ball hard, lots of doubles.
6.) Tanner Beck, 2nd base, probably would have been even better had he played there more. Utility player, good eye at the plate. Can go yard.
7.) The pitchers slot simply because that's easier. All of my choices can hit!
8.) Trey McCraw, catcher, entertaining player for sure, makes the great plays, has become a super catcher who manages pitchers well. Started with me when he was 8 years old and stayed until the end.
9.) Nick McBride, right field, loves throwing people out at first, gun arm, another very fast kid. Pitches some now, (we made him), but imho, can go far as an outfielder.

Pinch Runner- Jamie Carr, probably the fastest on the team. When he ran in a world series, the only time I seen everyone else withdraw. Very nice family and I think they are missionaries somewhwere.

    Pitchers:
Mat Batts, lefty, very smart kid, super pitcher, mom makes an awseome chicken pie! Had to throw that one in there.
Ryan Glover, righty, loves the game, coaches kid so had it hard.. haha When he is on, he is tough! Enough confidence to believe in himself no matter what. Always wants the ball in big games.
Tyler Coyle, ice man.. lefty with a knuckle curve that is ridiculus! Very deceptive. Seen a kid hit himself in the head with his bat after TC struck him out. Pretty funny actually. Sneaky fast. Lots of potential for more growth.
Ethan Wilmoth- righty, throws gas and always has. Nuff said! Fun parents. Very loyal to me and the team.

Now I am absolutely sure there will be some who disagree, but hey, it's my list and I ain't changing a thing! Can anyone get this published somewhere? :clapclap: Congratulations guys, you made THE LIST!

    Chris Munnelly

Yeah, but he came on right after I left. Good player though. I only included players I coached for more than a year.
