    HiToms 2
    Winston-Salem 5 (Lead Best of Three 1-0)

    Played at Finch Field, but WS was home team. HiToms had crafty lefty who pitched a great game, but a couple of key fielding and base running errors cost the HiToms. Tomorrow night at Hanes Park with HiToms as home team.

    Winston-Salem wins Best of Three Series, 2-0. Best of Five Series with Rowan County begins Friday night at Salisbury.

    Western Forsyth Post 522 vs. Mocksville Post 54

    Mocksville sweeps Western Forsyth 7-3 in first game and 7-6 in game 2, they move on to play Randolph County.

    Eastern Randolph beat South Rowan 11-8 in Game 1.

    Game 2 that was going to be held at South Rowan has been postponed 2 days in a row.

    So Game 2 of the series will be at Eastern Randolph High 4:00 Thursday,South Rowan is the home team. And I'm guessing if it goes to a Game 3 that will be played shortly after Game 2, East Randolph as the home team.

    Mooresville plays E.Randolph today at 3 inmooresville because the seniors had electric problems last night.

    Mooreville beats E.Randolph 2-1 in 8. Great pitching and defense by both teams. Mooresville had 3 hits and er had 5. C.Bonaventure throws 7 inn. and W.Dumford pitched the 8th.
