    Josh Hamilton just hit 28 home runs in the first round! The next best total in the first round was 8. I got chills watching him. He is an inspiration to everyone that has ever had to overcome obstacles in life. Yes he brought them on himself. But we all have demons. What even gave me more chills was when he said "I want to thank God for all his had done for me." Man what a story.

    I copied this from my post on JOsh Hamilton....

    The first time I saw JOsh was as at a summer camp at Elon. I also remember seeing Josh HAmilton vs JAson Neighborgall at Riverside HS when Josh was a senior in HS. The stands wwas full of radar guns!! What a game!! a 5 tool player!! Two guys head to head at 95+!!

    JOsh's father-in law spoke at the Bobby Murray TOurnament banquet this year. WHat a story!! To come back from the depths of his drug addiction and 180 lbs when he was on cocaine... at the lowest point of his life. I pray he keeps straight... This is the makings of a movie for the "TRUE NATURAL".. HE was a #1 pick for a reason!! ALL I can say is WOW!!

    Just a couple of thoughts!!

    AWESOME!!! I get chills thinking of his season and it does send chills... WHat a thrill for Coach Counsil...
