    .....what you folks will do, or have done, with all the trophies your kids have received over the years.

    We kept the ones that meant the most, the rest were melted down. They make fine costume jewelry! LOL

    Special Olympics!

    The Special Olympic folks really can use them. Only the name plates need changed and sometimes they can get those engraved and donated.

    Hate to say this....kept the name plates and threw away the rest....tried to donate them but funny how no one wants them

    I have well over a hundred, some huge,give me a contact if U have one so I can help special olympic. Was a volunteer for years in college.

    Arrange them by years, make a card with type large enough to see the year and/or other information you'd like to remember and take a few pictures of them. Get as much detail in the picture as possible. With those digital picture frames you could even do individual shots and display them that way. (Wonder if any of those have sound capability?) Then keep the actual trophies you want and donate the rest.

    If marlin is going to be in the picture, you may also want to include a warning label!

    .....you know that pictures of TBRs Mr. January come labeled with a price tag!!!......


    ....the price I have to pay to get rid of the pics!!....

    ....the trophies are free!

    I made a scrapbook with pictures and plates by years, except for two state MVPs and a world series all tournament. Dumped the statues.

    I'm keeping mine, lots of hard work and 100 degree temps went into these events, got to show the grand kids what a great coach I was in the 2000's...... LOL....Guru
