    Actually this is where it belongs, all the next level girls are pretty much ineligible to play anywhere else right now.

    this is a great tournament to attend...last time we went, you couldn't walk without tripping over a well known college coach. Great exposure opportunity.

    This is all about HS seniors trying to get their college deal during early signing period and under classwomen getting on the radar. Sounds like the ones that attended had their chance.:victoryg:

    I was there Saturday and Sunday morning. I believe I got to see all the NC gils play. Everyone had a good showing in front of a ton of coaches. There was a couple more girls from NC that was there: Sarah Rappe and a giant pitcher from porter ridge,or maybe marvin ridge not sure(sorry I don't know the name) someone said she was a freshman. They both played for the New Jersey Breakers. Great tournament!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think u missed one school in that list. UNC Wilmington

    I thought this was for the kids that have not been selected for college to be seen ?? Why would college players play in this showcase ??? You must have made a mistake, maybe it was her sister Jessie ???

    even if you have verballed, would you not play with your team until the end of your season?

    But again, most college players are ineligible to play with anyone but their college teams right now.

    The two girls that played with the NJ Breakers over the weekend were Jessica Rappe not Sarah from Butler HS and Alexis "Lexi" Davis, Freshman pitcher at Porter Ridge High School. Both girls did an outstanding job for the Breakers over the weekend!

    .....hey Guru, I've got a 14 yr old in HS! So I'll be on this board at the preps site for atleast 4 more yrs!
