    Gas is below $3 a gal In many areas around Charlotte and to the West. I bought gas in Polk County today for $2.90 a gallon.

    At $60 a barrell gas prices should be under $2 a gallon. What gets me is how the price goes up everytime a hurricane forms. Before Katrina when a hurricane came gas didn't jump up. Guess they found another way to justify price gouging
