    Every morning in Africa a gazelle wakes up. It knows he must run faster than the fastest lion or he will be killed. Every morning a lion wakes up it knows he must out run the slowest gazelle or he will not eat. So it doesn't matter if you are a lion or a gazelle , when the sun comes up you had better be running!

    Good thought to start the day, Coach!

    And while we are having a Nat Geo moment... do you know how to distinguish prey vs predator in the food chain? Prey's eyes are more or less on each side of it's head, giving it the abiility for greater peripheral vision and a greater range of vision in order to always be on guard. Predators eyes are more on the front of it's head giving it better depth perception and more acute to movement, giving them many advantages to stalk and hunt.

    Are you predator or prey? Are you more concerned with whats going on around you or more concerned with what lies ahead?
