Alexander Blue 12U is a second year team looking to fill a couple positions to complete our roster for the 2009 spring/summer. Alexander/Carolina Cobras 14U team

After much evaluation, Our organization is very interested in fielding a strong 14u team for the 2009 summer. We have a loaded group of 14U players who won 7 of the 10 tournaments this past summer, but our pitchers are moving to 16U. We need two 14U pitchers and a position player who are committed to learning how to pitch/play with intentions of playing a the college level. We would like for the players to move through our program into to our 16U and 18U showcase Carolina Cobra teams in the future, then move onto the college ranks. In the past 5 years, this system combined with hard work have had players sign/play at various levels (3 at NC State, 2 at Va. tech, UNCC, Samford, Gardner Webb, 3 at Western Carolina, 2 at LR, Winthrop, Mars Hill, and UNC) This is a great opportunity. Lady Lightning Gold is looking for a pitcher to go to the Ronald McDonld Showcase in Texas Oct 31- Nov 2. We are looking for a non committed player (2009,2010,2011)that we can help Showcase that weekend.

Carolina Classics

The 1994 Carolina Classics are looking for 2 standout players preferably CF and 3B. If you are a catcher and play one of these positions it would be a fit for our team too. The coaches have no family or school ball players on this team so everyone gets a fair shot. Fees are also in line with other teams in our area. Schedule will be mostly 16U/showcase events and select 14U A ASA Qualifiers.

Our Head Coach Tony Genovese has moved here from California where he coached the Corona Angels 18 Gold team including the 2008 team that played Gold Nationals this past season. Tony is currently a softball instructor at Frozen Ropes Simpsonville, SC and Varsity Head Softball coach at Liberty High School in SC. Tony has current and former players at the major D1 level including Notre Dame, Alabama, Florida and SC just to name a few. Tony has 18 years plus experience in Gold ball and Varsity Softball. Tony’s assistant is his daughter Adrienne Nix a former All-SEC catcher at South Carolina 1998-2001. Adrienne also is a catching instructor at Frozen Ropes.

This team has current committed players from some of SC’s best high school and travel ball programs from 2008. This program isn’t locked into local or state players only. 95 birthdays are considered. Southern Shock

Southern Shock based in the Mint Hill / Harrisburg area will be looking to fill a couple of positions for summer of 2009 with talented players from the up & coming 2010-2012 class. Most of the older posts probably have their teams full now. With Fall almost over we are looking for players for Spring/Summer 2009.

 

That's what I thought. We need to start a new one and carry over the existing one's that are relevant to the spring/summer

[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]We are the Lady HeartBreakers. Our organization is based out of Bethlehem North Carolina. 3 of our age groups are looking for dedicated players as well as dedicated parents to add to our rosters. We will be holding open tryouts.

12/U open tryouts will be held November 22nd from 12-2 at Bethlehem Park.
14/U and 16/U open tryouts will be held Saturday the 15th from 1-3/3:30 at Ellendale Pond Park and again November 22nd from 2-4 at Bethlehem Park.
