    There were

40 college programs present on Saturday and 38 on Sunday. I dont know but that seems to be a little more than decent to me.

I had several college coaches come and sit with me during the games. I know of five or six 09 kids that will be getting offers in the near future because of attending this event.

Because I work for Impact I will let someone else comment on specific players etc. I will wait until AP has had a chance to compile all the numbers and do a write up on his site before I offer my opinion on players.

I will say there were some 09's that really helped themselves.

Matt Wade, on the Carolina blue team, left a good impression going yard in his first at bat on Sunday. He played a very solid 3rd base, making a couple of nice stop and throws.
Matt was a freshman when my son was a senior at Northwood HS and he has much improved defensively since then... the boy could always hit!

Clay Martin '09 on the Gold team, also was solid Sunday. An RBI back side hit in his first at bat along with good play in left field during his "defensive" innings. He didn't catch this weekend, his strongest position, due to soccer playoff game Saturday night (they won! Now I have to go watch ANOTHER kickball game...&#@%^ Gotta support the "homeboys"). This kid would be a good pick up for a school needing an all around ball player, he has played every position during high school and is quality young man.

Has AP had a chance to complete his write up? Is an Impact subscription required to see his write up on the event?

Historically, it's been part of the subscription package...which makes sense

    I am not sure

if AP will make it part of the subscription only site or he will just post an article. He may do both with a general article about the event and then post the raw numbers ie radar readings , 60 times , pop times on the subscription page. After he has had a chance to put it together I will post about the 09's I saw that impressed. You can imagine with around 300 players in attendance its going to take some time to put it together. I just finished my scouting reports on players I was asked to evaluate. And that was only 10 players at this event.
