Austin Blake played SS on Saturday and Phillip Cotton was on 3B. Blake could not be there Sunday due to other commitments. Reagan and Angler standout 2010

That's right. Austin was outstanding Saturday. That's a problem when you start naming players. I was hoping others that attended would make comments in this thread, also. Thanks ryanexpress for mentioning Austin Blake. He deserves it, as well as others that participated

I normally just read the content posted and just happened to notice the descpecancy. There was some talent at this showing that has been over looked and possibly passed by. I would encourage most of these guys to attend the up coming Belmont Abbey showcase to show thier skills off to an aray of scouts and caoches.

But that is what this thread is for. If there are players that were overlooked, please post their names and what you think. By the way, Phillip Cotton played SS on Sunday.

...and I concur about the Belmont Abbey Camp. Most of the players were encouraged to attend. I can't think of one player I didn't like. They all had great attitudes.

I have encouraged all the guys that attended Wingate to also go to Belmont Abbey. I really would like for you to pm me and explain how you think anybody got overlooked.

He was referring to the lack of names that I posted. There were certainly more players that were outstanding that I didn't list. I only mentioned some of the one's on my team. There were others and many on the other teams.

I wish people would understand that these kind of threads are open for others to post their thoughts. I love it when a player gets some recognition. Believe me when I say I KNOW there were other players that need mentioning, but I'm hoping our members that attended would participate in the discussion.

I was not refering to being over looked at that event. To make myself clearer I was refering to some of the 09's that have been over looked and are looking for a place to exstend thier careers to whatever level that may be. Didn't mean to cause confussion.

I am from Reagan high school and can speak on a personal level on dobbins, Parker, and Blake.

I have played with tom dobbins since little league and can tell you he takes the game as serious as anyone. Always working hard and doing something everyday to make himself better.

Andrew Parker has that god given ability. He plays the game naturally and everything about his game has smooth written all over it. There is no doubt he is the leader on Reagan.

I cannot say enough about Austin Blake. He has a great head on his shoulders, makes the right decisions on and off the field and is the perfect mix of god given ability and hardwork. I amsuprised he is not talked about more. He is no doubt he is one of the top 2010 players around.

With the right coaching the ceiling is high for everyone of these players.

And no I'm not a coach I am just a 2010 player who is close to most of the players from tabor, west, and Reagan and is willing to give an honest opinion on any of these players.
