Without Bailey this season would have been no fun at all for Bradley. Bailey played out what seemed to be a great coaching plan. Jasmine Lamontagne pitched the best game I've seen her throw! She kept the Bradley hitters constantly guessing what was coming next. They had timely hitting and solid defense.

I wish all our games could be this competitve. It would make all our teams better.

Does anyone know why we can not play an end of year tournament with teams in other areas of Char-Meck?

Congrats again Bailey, let a good rivalry continue to grow!

Absolutely right, Luvinthegame! Jasmine did an awesome job of hitting the called pitches and the rest of the team did their best on offense and defense to keep it close. We knew that was our best shot at a win. The girls on both sides should all be proud of that game!

I too wish we had the opportunity to match up more often and also for some sort of end of season playoff with other CMS divisions. Anyone know why CMS has no tournament or playoffs for middle school sports?

Mt Pleasant repeats as Conference Champs

Mt Pleasant defeated CC Griffin Thursday in the conference championship 10-5 to go back to back championships.Great game tied at 1 till the last 2 innings got a little sloppy on both sides.congats to CC Griffin also on a great year,they are a young team and im sure will be awesome next year.Congrats also to winning pitcher Brandi Hudson for ending the year 9-1.Congrats to coaches Ridenhour and Smith also!

Congratulations to the Girls and Coaches of North Davidson Middle School for having a perfect season. They defeated Ledford Middle 7-0 and 4-3 in the final game. This is the 3rd year in a row they have finished undeated. Alot of time has been put in by the kids, parents, and many coaches to produce these wins during this time. The great thing is they started 6 seventh graders with a good group of sixth graders coming in for next year. They will lose some great pitching in Mckinse Hauser and Liza Davis.But some good youth is there and coming in.Paige Wall and the other 8th graders have left behind some great leadership skills. Again you Ladies have once again made us proud you are Lady Knights.

With their win tonight, they finished 13-0 and repeated as Char-Meck Southern Conference Softball Champions. Great play by Allie, Ashley, Erin, Fawn, Jessey, Krista, Maggie, Morgan, Sam, Sarah G., Sarah T., Shelby and Sydney. Coach Laudone and Coach Lutz know how to get it done, 26-1 for the last two seasons.
