Does any one have any info on these games played (11-08-08) this past weekend? I heard that the Bonecrushers & CBC Cougars were playing in this as well as teams from around the Southeast.

    Myrtle Beach Showcase

Many kids showed well in this event. The Cougars had a rough start against a senior team out of Jacksonville but stepped up from there to finish strong against the MB Angels and the Chesapeake Baysox. Michael Atz, who has returned to form the past month finished off the fall with a strong 6 inning outing against the Myrtle Beach Angels. His velocity is up and has showed encouraging signs for this coming spring season following a well deserved rest. He has worked thru a Tommy John surgery and we are very proud of him and his accomplishments. Hunter Conley pitched the cougars to a 13-1 rout of the baysox in game 1 on sunday. He is one of many 2011 grads that we are very excited about here at CBC!

    Bonecrushers

I like to think we have reserved the right to be called Bonecrushers. Were not too bad for a bunch of country boys from Rock Hill and York SC.

The Bonecrushers come to play. Scrappy group of players. Always fun to compete against. Jesse Brewer pitched a good game that day and Josh Lunati made two great plays in right field in the bottom of the 7th to preserve The Bone Crushers lead. You guys palyed well.
