So you've been recruited - will you play there

There were two areas of thought for posting this - 1) did NCAA consider impact on recruited players from the new limit (not sure of any other college sport that allows as much over recruiting); and 2) what, if any, consideration should a high school player evaluate with the subject of over-recruiting in light of new transfer rules.

Final decision made by?

In deciding what school to go to who accounts for the higher percentage of the decision, is it Dad, Mom or the kid? It must get even more complex when a school not in your top 3 makes you an offer!! And forget about when you add a girlfriend to the equation.
