    Game was closer than the final. BC was leading 21-19 late in 4th. NC gets an interception return for a TD, then another INT. HUGE momentum change with around 5 or so min. left. BC played better than ANY team I've watched all year. Speed, speed, and more speed. #20 was a monster with huge power runs. Heard on radio NC had 5 INTs on the night.

    Bandys upset Shelby in OT at Shelby on 2pt conv.

    The match up between 7-5 Wilkes Central vs 10-2 Mtn Heritage was ppd last night due to snow. The game will be played Saturday at 6:00. Winner travels to Newton-Conover next week.

    Here you go guys.....might be too cold to travel up the mountain to watch:

    High School Football State Playoffs (Postponed)​
    Mountain Heritage will play host to Wilkes Central, Saturday 11/22 at 6:00pm. This is a second round state playoff game. This game will be broadcast live on WKYK and www.wkyk.com.​
