Alex Embler-Pitcher from westchester country day. fastball-84-87. good curve ball, and good change up. Hes going to be a force in the near future. 2010 graduate. very good command of his fastball and seems to have great composure on the mound. keep an eye out.

    Standout 2010s from Orange

Bradon Reitano - MIF - 5'10" 165 - won starting shortstop as soph. - above average arm with a quick release. Hits (RH) with gap power and plays with great instincts. Plays very similar to former OHS players Daniel Hargrave (UNCW/Philadelphia) and Chris Maples (UNC/Detroit). Reitano may not impress on a scout day but he can play the game.
    2008- .374 (34H/91 AB) 26 R, 7 2B, 4 3B, 4 HR, 31 RBI, 13/13 SB

Rob Schilke - 3B/C - 5'10" 185 - hit .400 in limited action last season, had a great summer at third, very strong arm, good actions, swings (RH) with power potential, strong kid

i will back this up with eddie mcgrath, i saw him play this summer and wonderd why it was the first time ive seen this kid play or heard his name. He has a solid glove, strong bat-saw him go opposite field, and a pretty good arm not to mention great range. Rumors were he is a 5th year senior, and goes to east meck?? just what i heard

There are many young talented ballplayers at East Meck. Some schools have cycles of talented players and this is their cycle. Hopefully it will continue for years to come. Although Eddie McGrath is one of those players, he has transferred from East Meck to a private school (Grace Academy.)

One of the top pitchers 2010

There is a Junior at Butler to keep an eye on. Ryan Mas is a junior, He has great control and movement on all his pitches. He is a right hander with decent velocity. He has a great mound presence as well. You can tell when he takes the mound it's his mound.

Ryan does in fact have a lot of talent! He should be one of the starting pitchers this year for Butler!
