Tidewater Summer Developmetal League

    Anyone familiar or has any experiences to share with the Tidewater Summer Developmetal League> My son is a freshman in a North Carolin a college and coming home for the summer in the Norfolk area and has been inquired about playing in this league. Just trying to hear some thoughts. Thanks.

    This league

    has been around for quite some time. Bugsy Moran ran it for years he is a scout with the White Sox and coaches their Tidewater White Sox showcase team. I am not sure if Bugsy is still running this league his health has not been good lately. The league is competitive with many college players from the area playing in it.     This is mostly local (Tidewater) kids. It is good for the kids who can't get into other leagues. You have a mix of old pros, current college and HS players in this league.

    Gents, I don't have a contact. Can you hook me up? I am home from school right now for the christmas break form NCWC and having a hard time setting up a team to play in the summer.
