Congratulations Victoria Cook!

    I would like to congratulate Victoria Cook, who received word back yesterday that she was accepted at UNC Chapel Hill, majoring in Journalism. Victoria has played with the Carolina Cardinals (Calloway) - 16U and 18U for the past couple of years. Several schools showed interest in her to play softball for them, although they didn't offer her major. Ultimately she decided to pursue her major of journalism.
    Congratulations, Victoria, Beth, Joe and of course Grandpa Lee!

    Congratulations Victoria and to your entire family as well. Kristin enjoyed so much playing with you on the Cardinals team last year. We wish you nothing but the best in life. Enjoy your college years, their the best!

    Wow can't say enough about this kid. Just a little rundown for some of you guys who don't know Victoria. Weighted GPA of 4.7, National Honor Society, Secretary Junior Board, Key Club, Crosby Scholars, Junior Marshall, and volunteered for SADD and Habitat for Humanity along w/ being a four year varsity starter for Parkland High School and has already had at least 2 stories printed in the Winston-Salem Journal including a very nice story on Ray Chandler and the Carolina Cardinals.
    Congratulations Victoria it has been an absolute honor to know you for the past 8 years.

    Watch out for this one guys. She's quoted as saying she'll be running CNN someday lol.

    What a great young lady she is, congrats to her and her entire family, it was our family's pleasure to get to know you. "MO" loved playing every weekend with you. Looking foward to seeing you on the nightly news cast.
