Can you list all of the teams in this conference and give us a recap of what they have coming back.

Leesville Road- lost their entire starting lineup from last year, may struggle this year. Qualified for the playoffs last year.
Enloe- returns starters C Dan Bula, 3B-P Rolland Mauer, and P Matt Jurek.
Broughton- returns SS-CF Jake Kline, P Daniel Brown (Liberty), and SS-3B-P Michael Zeblo. Qualified for the playoffs last year.
Sanderson- returns 4-year starter SS-P Kyle Wigmore (High Point), CF Kyle Wood, CAP 7 Player of the Year last year Charles Wolfe P-1B, and C-P Max Gagnon. Won the conference last year and lost to Rose in the semi-finals.
Millbrook- returns ECU recruit Jake Harris, brothers Ryan and Patrick Hanks. Qualified for the playoffs last year.
Wakefield- returns SS Clayton Daniels, 1B Trever Schock, P Chris Blankenship, and C Josh Abshire.
Wake-Forest Rolesville- returns 3B-P Tyler Buckley, may struggle this year after losing Wake Forest recruit Mac Williamson.

This is as much as I know. If there is something I failed to mention add it on.

    Spartan 2 18,
Charles Wolfe was Cap 7 Pitcher of the Year. Mark Peterson was Cap 7 Player of the Year and I don't think he'll be back.

Don't count out Wake Forest they have 11 seniors returning and a couple of good juniors coming from JV last year. Mac Williamson didn't do much for that team last year he was hurt most of the season and couldn't pitch. They lost 3 starting pitchers in the first couple of weeks of the season.

Wakefield will be another not to count out. They have a couple of good young pitchers coming up and will always play hard.

    Wake Forest

Taylor Gleason will be back this season for Wake Forest, and should lead the team offensively. Buckley should be back on the mound and is a hard thrower, but lacks finesse. The team continues to struggle to find reliable pitching and to overcome other obstacles that have little to do with the 9 spots on the field. Someone will need to step up and replace Williamson who led the team in BA, OBP, slugging, RBIs and HRs and led from behind the plate, despite a torn labrum that limited him to only 18 innings on the mound. Drew Austin graduated last year as well and he carried the lion’s share of the pitching last spring. His reliability will be difficult to replace. Pitchers Blake Pettit and John Renn will step up.
