This is a camp that should be interesting. You know Freddy, so you know it involves food, too. The camp is Free and they will feed everyone.

This is for everyone, whether you are on a team or not

    ccprospects ID Camp

ccprospects will be holding an ID camp Saturday February 7, 2009; we all would like to know who you are. Only if you can do one of the following…a) hit it out of the park (strength), b) run 7.0 – 60 (speed), of throw 84+ on the radar gun (arm strength). If you have the ability to do one or more we would like to see if we can help you. Freddy Suggs is a recommending scout that his job is to tell all about you and to follow your progress. He will be in attendance along with some showcase and legion team coaches for tryouts. Even if you already have a summer team to play for we would still love to see you and maybe follow your progress. All you need to do is call or e-mail our baseball office to get on our list for this event.

This event is free to all participants but we will also be providing lunch for all players and parents, which will require us to put out a donation jar for The Freddy Suggs Scholarship Fund. Everybody is welcome to come and fellowship with us and eat. We will need everybody to call in and tell us how many is in your party to prepare the food.
All coaches will also need to call in for attendance.
This event will be held at Kinston High School Baseball Field. Check in 11:00 am. Contact info:

Glad there is no age limit. Us old softballers can learn something too, as well as EAT!

We will be holding others across the state until we get every high school player in our data base that may have a chance to play. Sorry, all dates never work out for any of us. Some players I need to see again the early the better.

We had a fun day today... think coach wound up with about 45 kids and a few dollars in the scholly fund jar... todays menu was spaghetti! Boys seemed to enjoy that! Saw a few kids today, but....

...Will let him fill you in the details, as I was not on his side of the fence... I was busy enjoying a GORGEOUS day...

My son had a great time and as always Freddy gave some great advice to the boys and tells it like it is. Its refreshing to hear someone shoot it straight and not just tell you what you want to hear like alot of of showcase programs no names mentioned.

    Thanks Freddy
