    Very touching, whats amazing is how many people under Dean Smith teachings has become very sucessful. They are everywhere now. Keep up the good work Coach Sherrill

    Tom Shores

    I met Tom several years ago, and we became friends. We loved to talk about softball and other sports. You would see Tom around ballfields, especially where Monte's team was playing. When I would get to the ballfield, I would look for the big straw hat that Tom often wore. Tom is missed by many, but the new scoreboard at ACHS will keep him in our memory. Thanks Monte.

    TOM SHORES

    Tom was truly a great sports fan but more important he was a friend and mentor to a lot of people .He also took my daughter under his wing and taught her a lot on life's situations during the short time they became friends.There is not a week goes by that his name isn't mention in some sort of way. What a great way to pay tribute to this very fine gentleman GOOD JOB Coach S.
