    CONGRATS to the Charlotte Blaze (Black 12u) on going 6-0 this weekend and winning the Gold @ ASA Season Opener in Simpsonville,SC. Bob you have great group of girls and parents class a team. Also congrats to the 12u CV Storm (Johnson) on there third place win all the girls played great.

    i notice that a couple of your girls have sliding shorts that dont match with the whole team, which puts you out of uniform, therefore i believe you have to forfeit the whole tournament......lol

    I only see the sliding shorts on 4 girls, and they're all red.

    In fact, I find that unusual!

    Sliding shorts aside ---- this was a great tournament at an awesome ball park (Heritage) . Great job Storm!!! Your organization is a class act as well. I know our two teams will be seeing each other alot in the next few months and I feel certain each time it will be an exciting game. As said by fp135nc - thanks for hanging around to cheer us on in the championship. That is what I love about tournament softball - meeting great people, new friends and making thousands of memories.

    Kudos also to the Charlotte Blaze Black 10U team which also finished 6-0 and finished first in the gold bracket at Heritage Park. Charlotte Blaze Red 12U won the A bracket at the AAU tournament too this past weekend. Nice weekend for the Blaze teams.

    Congratulations to the Blaze Black for their performance this weekend. Our girls from the CV Storm played their hearts out on the field and left it out there. I am very proud of each and every one of you.

    The Blaze teams & CV Storm played great ball all weekend, glad you came down to join us. It was a great weekend for softball and thanks to all the teams who came out to play in Simpsonville and hope you will come again.
