    Yes. A lot of interested NM people at the CC/Mallard Creek game last night. Mallard Creek made it interesting, closing it to 6-5 late, before CC opened up a 4 run lead and had their ace close it out in the 7th.

    Why is Indy out of the picture.

    Looked like they were in and now I don't see them, I believe they have a better record than A C.

    Due to rain, there will be no CPC tournament. North Davidson gets 3 seed with a 6-4 conf. record & Davie is 5-5..There will be a playoff tonight at Mocksville between Mt Tabor & West Forsyth for the #1 seed..Should be a great game...

    Alexander Central is 8-12, a .400 winning percentage. Independence is 8-14, a .364 winning percentage.

    How are the wildcards seeded? Why would Crest draw East Burke and not AC reynolds?

    First, ACR is the fourth seed from the NW4A. It may be confusing, but try to find the last update in this thread. They beat EB in the NW4A tournament to earn that place after tying with them during the regular season. Then, wild cards are not seeded. The state will assign them. It has been their policy to assign wild cards to limit the travel without placing them against an opponent from the same league. When you look at the wild cards with this in mind, you need to look at all of them, and not just who may be closer to one school in particular.

    Indy record? I have talked today with people that think they have 9 wins? I have only 8 for them. Does someone have update?

    West Forsyth will be the 1 seed CPC. Beating Mount Tabor 8-1 in Mocksville. Mount Tabor will be the 2 seed CPC.

    Parker Thomas till it got out of hand then hickman and turner. MT made lots of errors. Really not the pitchers fault. West threw Mayhew - Coyle - Currie. Both teams did a great job saving their pitchers for the States. Both teams at home Friday!
