    Cap-8 --- When did we get the eighth team? It is a great baseball conference but expansion can dilute a good thing! The Sanderson vs Millbrook Final 4 East matchup guarantees that the CAP 7 will have a team in the 4A East Finals for the third straight year. 2007 had Leesviile and 2008 had Sanderson. Do the Spartans repeat?

    See ya Tuesday night. The game should be exciting. Millbrook went undefeated in the CAP 7 behind lefty Jake Harris- - seemed like he pitched every CAP 7 conference game.
